New to the holiday home market, Windrush is more traditional in places, and comfortable rather than pristine in others, but guests will find that home comforts and excellent facilities are key here, and boasting its own outdoor heated swimming pool, Windrush ensures a very warm welcome!
Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, with great outdoor spaces including large terraces to the front and huge mature enclosed gardens to the rear, plus the fully enclosed swimming pool area, there is something for everyone. Situated less than a mile from Hope Cove and Thurlestone Sands, Windrush is perfectly located between Salcombe and Thurlestone,
So whether its adventures exploring the South Hams, enjoying beautiful golden sandy beaches just 5 minutes from the doorstep or relaxing by the pool, Windrush is ideally placed for a perfect year-round retreat.

Care should be taken & children supervised, where the large, paved terrace is elevated high above the parking area to the front of the property.
There is also a small pond within the front rockery area of the gardens (with safety grill).

Flight of steps up from parking area to front terrace and entrance.
Three steps up to main entrance and hallway with hanging for coats.
Handsome spacious lounge with dual aspect windows with fabulous panoramic views, furnished with sofas and armchairs, open fireplace, Smart TV, sliding doors to front terrace.
Archway to dining room with a large dining table to seat twelve, sideboard packed with games. Additional drinks fridge in dining area.
Spacious original well-equipped kitchen with eye level grill and built in electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, larder cupboard.
Off the kitchen, utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Step down to rear full width conservatory with tiled floors, ideal for wet dogs to snooze as they dry off after a run on the beach and storing sun loungers, beach equipment and wetsuits.
Off the ground floor hallway:
Bedroom 1 with Super king size 6ft bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe, sliding door to sea facing terrace.
Bedroom 2 with 3ft Bunks, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Cloakroom with WC and Basin.
Bedroom 3 with Twin 3ft beds, wash hand basin, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers.

Off the rear conservatory area there are two further bedrooms, (PLEASE NOTE: the double room is accessed through the twin room):
Two steps up to Bedroom 4 Twin bedroom with two 2ft 6inch single beds, Velux window, chest of drawers.
This bedroom leads into a bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC.
From the other side of this bathroom the doorway leads into:
Bedroom 5 with 5ft King sized bed, built in wardrobes and dressing table, French doors to the rear patio and lovely garden setting.

Bedroom 6 with beautiful Super king 6ft bed, ample built in storage, full width picture windows giving glorious views of Thurlestone Rock and out to sea.

Extensive terraces surround the elevated property, with plenty of space for al-fresco dining and entertaining.
At the rear the huge enclosed garden is lawned and bordered with shrubs and hedges.
At the front of the property there is an outdoor swimming pool area, with large paved terrace, furnished with 2 sun loungers (pool available May Spring Bank Holiday to end September)
