Offering some of the most amazing sea and countryside views, Hazeldene is the perfect choice if you are looking for views! Surrounded by the most gorgeous, landscaped gardens with secluded seating areas dotted around, this wonderful property is a haven for peace, quiet and relaxation.
Crackington Haven itself is a small north Cornwall hamlet located southwards of Bude. The cove beach at Crackington Haven is super sheltered and surrounded by dramatic Cornish headlands and cliffs. You will find a popular pub in the hamlet with a choice of two super cafes (eat in and take away) and good size car park. It is approximately a half a mile walk down hill or a couple of minutes drive to the beach from Hazeldene.
The beach at Crackington Haven is a surfers paradise and during the school holidays is lifeguarded during the day. When the tide is out, endless rock pools appear which the younger members of the family will love to explore. Nestled on the north coast between Bude and Boscastle, Crackington Haven is generally considered a quieter spot with an abundance of lovely coastal walks and breath-taking scenery at your disposal.
Superbly located for accessing other great spots in Cornwall, Hazeldene is just 6 miles to Boscastle, 8 miles to Widemouth Bay and 11 miles to Bude.

Entrance
Eight steps lead down from the parking area to Hazeldene. Entered via the utility/boot room with separate WC, there is ample room for kicking off your boots and flip flops!
Kitchen / Dining Room
From the utility room you will enter the open plan kitchen and dining space with sliding doors out onto a decked balcony with amazing views. The smart kitchen with granite work surfaces and double Belfast sink, has a central island unit providing a great space for family meals and get togethers. There is a generous table with chairs as well as a corner sofa arrangement to take in the incredible views. Kitchen appliances include a Neff oven with combination microwave, electric induction hob, dishwasher and large fridge. A washing machine, separate tumble dryer and freezer are located in the adjacent utility room.
Living Room
Off the kitchen, a spacious hallway leads to a second living room with TV and sliding patio door out onto a large decked balcony with yet more fabulous views. Two comfortable sofas surround a feature fireplace with wood burner for cosy nights in.

Hazeldene is surrounded by the most beautifully laid out gardens with a variety of mature Cornish and Mediterranean shrubs providing secluded, hidden pockets of seating for quiet contemplation and relaxation. Surrounded by substantial soft hedging, the garden is relatively sheltered and most certainly private.
The garden equates to about half an acre in total, with masses of space for everyone to enjoy.
Ample garden and balcony furniture is provided along with BBQ and fire pit.
