1 Marine Terrace in Wadebridge sleeps 4 people. 1 Marine Terrace is a centrally located end of terrace town house set back from Eddystone Road in the popular North Cornish town of Wadebridge. Located just a few miles away from some of North Cornwall's most beautiful beaches, the bustling town of Wadebridge is an excellent destination for visitors. The town itself boasts a wide selection of small, independently owned shops and eateries, as well as a two-screen cinema and larger supermarkets on its outskirts. Wadebridge is also the starting point for the picturesque Camel cycle trail to Padstow and Bodmin, and there are plenty of cycle hire options available to suit all ages and abilities.

The popular beaches of Polzeath & Daymer Bay, both family friendly, are just fifteen minutes by car and offer an array of water based activities as well as some stunning walks along the South West Coast Path. Polzeath has a range of shops and surf hire with three car parks whilst Daymer Bay has a seasonal shop and a car park.

Just 8 miles from Wadebridge is the charming town of Padstow, known for its pretty harbour and quirky shops. Padstow is also home to some of the county's most renowned "foodie" restaurants, owned by chefs such as Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth. Rock is a fifteen minute drive where you can enjoy great cafes, restaurants and try your hand at waterskiing from the Camel Ski School, sailing or take a sea safari. Rock has its own beach which also connects with Daymer Bay at low tide and you can take a passenger ferry across to Padstow.

Accommodation at 1 Marine Terrace

Upon entering the property through the front door, a step up from the paved parking area, you will find yourself in the Entrance Hall. This area includes coat hooks and an under stairs cupboard for storage. From the hall, a door leads into the carpeted sitting room, which features a Bay window overlooking the front of the property, two comfortable sofas, and a TV situated in the corner of the room. Through a further glazed door, you will enter the spacious Kitchen/Diner. The dining area includes a table and four chairs, a sideboard, and a large open arch that leads into the fitted kitchen. The kitchen boasts an island with three stools, a built-in fridge and freezer, a slimline dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a range with a 5-ring gas hob, double oven, and grill. The kitchen is bright, thanks to two large Velux roof lights and a window that overlooks the garden. Next to the kitchen is a large shower room, featuring a glazed corner shower with a step-up, a basin, a W.C, and a heated towel rail.

To access the first floor, you can take the carpeted staircase from the entrance hall, which has fifteen steps leading up to the landing. Here, you will find two comfortably furnished bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a King-sized bed, plenty of storage, a window to the front, and a TV. The second bedroom is a twin room with 3ft single beds, ample storage, a window to the front, and a TV. There is also a small room with a dressing table, chair, and mirror, as well as a window overlooking the garden, this room can accommodate a travel cot. Finally, a family bathroom with part-tiled walls, a bath with a shower over it, a W.C, and a heated towel rail complete the accommodation.

Accessed from the kitchen is a lovely, enclosed garden featuring a patio area complete with a table and chairs, a small lawn, a rotating washing line, and a door that leads out onto Trevanson Street and then only a short stroll into the centre of Wadebridge.
