Sanquhar, resting on hillside, and in the midst of countryside landscape. Hosting three bedrooms; this retreat is perfect for families or friends looking to escape into the peace and quiet of rural delights. The sitting room is pieced together with leather sofas where you can rest in the warmth come night time. This open plan set up leads over to a dining table, perfect for enjoying your favourite meals as the day goes by. The kitchen is nice and bright, with lovely units, so that you can feel right at home when you arrive back after a day of exploring. The family bathroom is a classic place to get ready or relax, housing a spa bath and an all white suite. A double bedroom lies close by, decorated to a high standard, with an almost seaside theme and a soothing ambience. Two twin bedrooms are equally as pleasant, mirroring the previous in style, and offering a peaceful sleeping environment. Relax in the garden, where you can rest with a refreshing drink and light the fire pit whilst taking in the lovely surroundings. The town of Sanquhar boasts a selection of bars, shops and cafes, a golf course, and a modern swimming pool with attached fitness centre. The Southern Upland Way, a 212 mile coast-coast walking path, passes through the village and there is also direct rail access to/from
Glasgow and Carlisle. Sanquhar has much to offer throughout the year.

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1½ miles. Note: Due to lambs in the surrounding fields, please ensure dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside. Note: Uneven farm track last half mile leading to property.
