Kite's House in Barton on the Heath sleeps 12 people. Kite's House is a magnificent Cotswold Country House set in glorious countryside, yet convenient for the market towns of Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh. This detached Cotswold stone house is located on the edge of a little village called Kitebrook itself just 5 minutes from Moreton. Recently renovated and restored, the accommodation is spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped. Outside there is a large garden surrounding the house, which can be accessed from the Living Room and kitchen. We see this as an ideal and brilliant choice for families or larger groups who enjoy high quality and attention to detail. An absolute find! A superb property of exceptional quality in a peaceful picturesque location and unreservedly recommended.

Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area. Sitting room with wood burning stove and French doors to garden. Second sitting room with sofa bed.

Oil central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TV (1 x with Sky), 2 x DVD, iPod dock, Wi-Fi. Fuel and power included. Bed linen and towels included. 2 x cot and 1 x highchair available. Ample off road parking. Lawned garden surrounding property with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
