There is much to see and do in North Devon and the cottage is within easy reach of the surfing beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe.
Other attractions include golf, fishing, walking and horse-riding, and Exmoor with its beautiful walks is a mere 10 miles away.
Barnstaple lies at the end of the magnificent Tarka Line railway journey, an all-round memorable adventure.
