The stylishly designed living and dining area has been decorated with gleaming white marble flooring, sparkling chandeliers and an ultra-modern high gloss kitchen that is just begging for you to cook up a feast. This is the perfect space for family or friends to get together, celebrating a special occasion or an evening dinner party, and why not take it outside to the balcony and watch the sun setting.
Trevose Penthouse comes with three spacious bedrooms; two with super-king size beds on the ground floor, one of which enjoys a wonderfully spacious walk-in wet room and another that conveniently converts to a twin bedroom on request. Bedroom three is upstairs, with a king-size bed and floor to ceiling glass doors which open up to another stunning balcony looking over Newquay.
Fancy taking a stroll down into the town, it’s only a 5 minute walk to get into the heart of Newquay that is brimming with delicious restaurants and casual pubs. A 10 minute walk from the property will take you right into Blue Reef aquarium that is situated adjacent to Newquay beach with its golden sands and crystal clear waters.
