Inside, the light and spacious entrance hall leads to the stunning open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and snug, all with ample seating for guests to gather. The sumptuous sofas in the separate sitting room provide a serene environment where you can relax in front of the wood burning stove on those cooler evenings; on warmer days, patio doors lead to an outdoor dining space that is accompanied by a covered and heated dining gazebo; perfect for alfresco dining even in inclement weather. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with french doors leading to a mini putting green! The first floor accommodates three exquisite en-suite bedrooms with stairs leading to the second floor fifth bedroom and family bathroom. Outside, a large garden provides seating, barbecue and of course, the putting green for all to enjoy.

Aside from the superb facilities and styling, Little Court also benefits from being less than a minutes’ walk from the village green, where Gurneys Fish Shop; Arthur Howell butchers;
