Villa Zeynep in Islamlar, Turkey sleeps 4 people. Villa Zeynep is one of two identical sister villas. Contemporary and secluded these mountain retreats are hidden away in the village of Islamlar, yet only fifteen minutes from the sun-baked coastal town of Kalkan. This two-bedroom villa sleeps up to four and is deceptively spacious, ideal for those seeking peace and solitude. Whitewashed natural stone walls encase the immaculately sculpted garden and the private pool offers an outstanding degree of privacy and intimacy, an utterly serene space to refresh and renew. The mountain location enjoys a slight breeze which is especially welcome during the hottest months of July and August. Villa Zeynep affords a unique opportunity to capture the essence of the region, while having every creature comfort and mod con available.

This light and airy new villa takes full advantage of the tranquil surrounding nature and greenery whilst blending subtly with the environment. The architectural design is fresh and attractive. Built on two stories, huge picture windows at the rear of the house frame the swimming pool, garden and gnarled olive trees beyond. Inside, the décor is effortlessly chic. Neutral pastel tones and white walls are balanced by slate grey fixtures and fittings.

While you may not have come on holiday to cook, the contemporary Italian style Kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to create an array of scrumptious meze. The open plan living area is comfortably relaxed and the perfect spot to linger. There is a real sense of inside-outside living space, the large glass doors open allowing residents to enjoy the best of both worlds with very little effort. Lazy days can be spent hanging between the pool deck, shaded outdoor lounge and there is also a built-in barbecue for those evenings you do not want to leave.

Sleeping quarters are located to the far side of the house and are divided between the ground and first floor. A staircase leads to the romantic galleried master bedroom with en-suite. Outside, there is a comfortably furnished corner balcony with magnificent mountain views. The second master bedroom is located downstairs and is equally as elegant and roomy but with the added benefit of a spacious freestanding jacuzzi bath and doors open onto the pool terrace.
