Built over two floors this stunning villa commands panoramic Mediterranean Sea views from all of the rooms. Villa Tengiz is decorated with stylish contemporary furniture, and a classic colour combination of sunshine yellow, and sea blues. Enter the villa at ground floor level to discover a world of spacious and airy open plan living. The floor to ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and gives access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need for a happy holiday, including a family-size fridge-freezer, the must-have coffee maker and a contemporary dining table. The first of the three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. This large bedroom is decorated in ultra-modern yellow and purple, has two twin beds, wardrobes and dressing table, an en-suite shower room, with stunning sea views and access to the pool terrace. Take the stairs to the first floor where there is two large double bedrooms. Both of them have double beds, wardrobes and side tables, in-room Jacuzzi baths with fabulous sea views, and en suite glass enclosed marble shower rooms. The bedrooms have furnished balconies with uninterrupted sea views, where you can enjoy a morning coffee with a vista. On the first floor there is a heated indoor pool, great for a dip in the cooler months or late evenings, and an adjacent cedar wood sauna, where you can sweat your worries away.

The outdoor terrace can be accessed from the ground floor and is home to an impressive infinity-style private pool. The pool is surrounded by cool blue state of the art sun loungers and shady parasols. A cushioned seating area is the ideal hot spot for a sundowner at sun set. The dining table and chairs set with built-in barbeque is situated under a shaded pergola, excellent for some alfresco dining under the stars.
