How lovely to be able to walk down the paths of your landscaped, terraced garden to arrive on the breathtaking Almyros Beach feeling like it is your own personal paradise! Villa Ramsar enjoys a fabulous, prestigious position right next to the glistening, crystal clear sea with phenomenal views over the waters to the bustling city of Agios Nikolaos. It is a superb spot, incredibly peaceful and totally secluded. The villa comes with three beautifully presented bedrooms in the main villa plus an independent studio apartment for two extra guests. The property is immaculate and offers much charm. As soon as you arrive you know you will be in for a treat as you are met with very attractive architecture designed with rock, marble and dazzling white render. It offers a cool vibe and looks wonderful against its stunning landscaped gardens.

Almyros is a suburb of the cosmopolitan city of Agios Nikolaos. This amazing resort enjoys an enviable location on hilly terrain overlooking the sensational curving Bay of Mirabello. A narrow channel separates the small harbour from the circular Voulismeni Lake whose shore is brimming with trendy bars, cafes and restaurants. Visitors enjoy beautiful beaches by day, some of which are sandy wonders and others bathing platforms, boutique shopping in the early evening along the pedestrianised lane above the lake and a vibrant nightlife which can go into the small hours. Agios Nikolaos has it all, a lake, river, wetlands, wildlife, mountains, a harbour, waterside dining, shopping, archaeological wonders and a fabulous dining scene.

Villa Ramsar is a very short distance away enjoying the best of both worlds. It offers a luxury seaside experience for up to seven guests in modern, light and airy accommodation with both sea and mountain views. This beachfront villa sits next to the unique wetland of Almyros which is protected under the international treaty of Ramsar. The area is home to some amazing wildlife. Guests can enjoy the river and the beach of Almyros as well as the villa's beautiful terraces, pool and gardens. You will arrive to a welcome basket of traditional Greek goodies and very quickly unwind and relax.

The main house is built on two levels with one bedroom and the open plan living space on the ground floor. The living area is drowned in natural light that streams through two huge sets of floor-to-ceiling glass doors. When open, you will enjoy the soft breeze coming off the sea and uninterrupted views out to the deep blue waters. Two comfy sofas sit opposite each other, a perfect spot for family games and a feature fireplace adds charm. Guests can dine inside or on the terrace along to the sweet sounds of birdsong. The kitchen is beautiful with excellent appliances and a sociable breakfast bar where the other guests can keep the chef in your group company. The downstairs double bedroom is a heavenly nest with direct access to a charming patio. The bed is beautifully dressed in luxury linens and has use of a bathroom with a bath.

Upstairs, you will discover a further two bedrooms and an immaculate bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms is a single with access to a balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountains. The other is another double room with views of the pool, Almyros Beach and right over to Agios Nikolaos. It is so beautiful. The separate studio apartment sleeps two guests and enjoys its own shower room, kitchen and living room. This is ideal for some that may enjoy a little independence.

Although the interiors are beautifully presented, the best part about Villa Ramsar is its outdoor spaces. A fabulous swimming pool is surrounded by quality loungers where you will be captivated by the astonishing views. The pool is on a lower level surrounded by gorgeous planting and towering trees. A stone path then takes you down to the beach and river past beautiful terraced planting. The gardens and terraces are full of bright flowers including birds of paradise.

4 bedroomed Villa Ramsar enjoys a fabulous, prestigious position close to Almyros Beach & the bustling city of Agios Nikolaos. The fourth bedroom is in its own independant apartment.
