This distinctive detached villa stands out from the crowd, with its elegant three storey unique structure, set in its own stoned walled grounds. Villa Marti has five en suite double bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to ten guests, ideal for a large family gathering or friends get together. The villa comes with private parking, for your comfort and entertainment complimentary there is air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout, and for your security and peace of mind it has CCTV and a security alarm system. A paved and decked terrace is populated with mature trees and shrubs, and a centrepiece private swimming pool with separate Jacuzzi enjoys unparalleled sea views. The interiors are sleek, chic minimalism, decorated in stylish monochrome, with flashes of colour. Floor to ceiling picture windows flood the villa with natural light, and reward the guest with breath taking panoramic vistas.

Enter the villa via the cut out white gate, and take the steps to the ground floor, where you will find your cool, contemporary, light, and airy holiday home. The marble floored, sea view, living space has a seating area with an elephant grey L-shaped sofa, contrasting armchairs, coffee table, and a flat screen smart television with a DVD player, with sliding doors that open onto the pool terrace. The adjacent designer dining set is perfect for some impressive indoor entertaining. The fully equipped super swish black and white kitchen has every modern appliance you will need to cater for your holiday, including a fridge freezer, built-in electric oven and gas hob, and a dishwasher and washing machine. The first of the five bedrooms can be found on this floor, a sea view twin room, with a dressing area, an en suite bathroom, and access to the terrace, great for those who like a morning swim. A guest cloakroom completes the ground floor. Take the stairs to the first floor, where there are three exquisitely appointed en suite double bedrooms with sea views and furnished balconies. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi bath. One bedroom is a double and the other is a twin room. The fifth en suite bedroom is on the second floor, and benefits from its own private terrace with sun loungers and stunning sea views. There is also a separate terrace for all the guests to enjoy, the perfect place to meet for sun downers at sun set.

The tiled and decked terrace is home to sea view infinity swimming pool with a separate Jacuzzi, where you can sip chilled bubbles and watch the boats sail by.
