Nestled in the hills of Kisla, in the town of Kalkan, this four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Built over three storeys, this modern detached villa has the added advantage of being west facing, and benefits from having the best views of the most stunning sunsets over the turquoise Mediterranean Sea. The villa has its own dedicated parking space. There is complimentary Wi-Fi and air-conditioning throughout. This light and airy modern villa is stylishly furnished with local wood, decorated with a neutral palette with splashes of highlight colours, and contemporary artwork on the walls.

Enter the villa at ground floor level where you will find an open plan living area full of natural light and breath-taking sea views. The seating area has a large L-shaped soft grey sofa and pouffe, with a scattering of wooden coffee and side tables, and a flat-screen television with a DVD player. There is also a separate soft seating lounge area in a cosy nook. The wooden indoor dining table with eight chairs is ideal for some formal entertaining. Cook up a storm with local ingredients from the Thursday market in the fully-equipped American style white and blue kitchen, including oven and hob, fridge and dishwasher, and microwave. Take the open staircase to the first floor, where you will find four double en suite bedrooms. There are three rooms with double beds, and one with two twin beds, all have wardrobes and bedside tables, air-conditioning, modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, and furnished balconies with beautiful sea views. A baby cot is available on request.

Access the pool terrace from the ground floor to discover a world of outdoor living. The swimming pool is a generous 7m x 3m, and has easy access Roman steps. The pool is surrounded by blue cushioned sun loungers, large parasols for some shade on those hot summer days, a free-standing barbeque, and a dining table and chairs for some fabulous alfresco eating under the stars.
