Built with meticulous attention to detail in 2013, this sprawling 6-room house spans 170m² over two levels, offering a spacious and relaxing escape for families seeking both comfort and style.

As you step inside, you're greeted by a light and airy living/dining area, which is surrounded by large sliding doors leading out onto the poolside terrace. The ambience is inviting, perfect for shared meals, a satellite TV for entertainment, and a hi-fi system to set the mood. Equipped with modern amenities, the kitchen is adjacent to the living room, which makes for sociable family meals and company while cooking!

Villa Arianne boasts five inviting bedrooms, each designed for optimal relaxation. On the main level, you'll find a cosy room with a French bed, en suite shower, and doors to the terrace. On the same floor, there are two additional rooms featuring twin beds - perfect for the kids! Upstairs, the master suite is complete with a dressing room, French bed, a well-appointed bathroom with a bath/shower. Enjoy a morning coffee on the private balcony, before exploring the surroundings. The upper floor is completed by the final bedroom, which has twin beds.
