Terramar House in Fort Lauderdale, USA sleeps 4 people. Stay in style at the sleek Terramar House, located on the periphery of a luxury condo in the heart of exclusive Fort Lauderdale, near to the beautiful beaches of Florida's south coast. This exquisitely appointed two storey townhouse has two spacious en suite double bedrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, perfect for a small family holiday, or a couple of couples' sharing. For your comfort the apartment comes with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Shared facilities include access to a stunning rooftop swimming pool, surrounded by relaxing sun loungers, a soft seating area for convivial chat, and a summer kitchen with a cook it yourself barbeque. Keep fit in the state of the art gym, relax in the sauna, enjoy a game of pool, or watch your favourite films in the in-house cinema.

Enter your holiday home via the private entrance, where you will find a gated courtyard, furnished with a bistro set for two, a shady parasol, a summer kitchen with built in barbeque, and a dining set for four, perfect for feasting alfresco.

Step into the light and airy open plan living space, with floor to ceiling glass windows, and some seriously fashionable lighting. The contemporary seating space has an L-shaped white sofa, a bentwood contemporary chair, a handcrafted wooden coffee table, a console table and sideboard, and a large flat screen HD television. The pale wood and white modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need to cater for your stay, including quartz worktops, an oven and hob, a microwave and dishwasher, and a panel fronted fridge freezer. A preparation island breakfast bar has four tall fabulously fluffy white cushioned stools, perfect for sipping cocktails. The four seating dining set is ready for some splendid indoor dining. The very best bit is the in-house bar, with a wine fridge, and a glass storage area. A separate storage room with a stacked washer-dryer, and a guest cloakroom completes the ground floor.

Take the stairs to the first floor, where you will find the city and courtyard view Master Bedroom, furnished with an upholstered king size bed, bedside tables, walk-in closets, and a flat screen TV. The impressive Carrera marble en suite bathroom has a deep soaking bath tub, a walk-in shower, a floating dual vanity unit, and a WC. The second bedroom is equally well appointed with a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo.
