No wonder the views are so spectacular from this fine holiday villa, especially on the top floor which has been especially designed to make the most of the wonderful vistas with its lounge and two en suite bedrooms, all leading out to a decked terrace facing the pine trees and lake.

With plenty of space and stylish design, this is a fantastic holiday home whether staying with kids who will adore the proximity of the beach or a group of friends seeking spectacular scenery, prestigious wines and a great range of outdoor adventures.

Wander along the lakeside promenade and within 500m you will be surrounded by shops including a boulangerie, cheese and wine stores and a fish monger that sells delicious oysters. Youngsters will adore the ice-cream parlours and there is a good choice of restaurants too.

If you love the ocean, then it's only a 5-minute drive to the vast sandy beaches of the Atlantic at Carcans Plage or drive further south to the bustling seaside resort of Lacanau, both popular with surfers. Étang de Lacanau is another idyllic spot for long nature walks and water sports or hire bikes and follow some of the magnificent trails across this incredible part of the Médoc peninsula.

The prestigious AOC vineyards near Pauillac and Margaux can be reached in around 45-minutes by car alongside Michelin starred restaurants and world-famous wine chateaux (Latour and Lafite-Rothschild to name a couple).

Not to mention the handsome city of Bordeaux, only an hour away, an absolute dream for any wine enthusiast, history lover or foodie with its vibrant restaurant scene, atmospheric markets, beautiful architecture and famous Cité du Vin wine museum.
