Welcome to Maison Cerisaie, a beautifully renovated 18^th-century farmhouse which sits within a gorgeous walled garden, offering a fantastic base for exploring Provence. Maison Cerisaie boasts four delightful bedrooms and lovely living spaces, as well as fantastic outside space with an alfresco dining barn. It is perfect for families and groups of friends alike who want to relax, rejuvenate and spend time in each other's company in this wonderful region. The farmhouse is close to the charming village of Pernes-les-Fontaines in the heart of Provence and very close to Mount Ventoux in Vaucluse, a land lost in time. As well as a wonderful array of shops, bars and restaurants, this characterful village boasts no less than forty fountains that you can discover following the ‘fountain trail'. The most beautiful are the Gigot and Cormoran fountains, which date back to the 18^th century.

Maison Cerisaie is a period property with charm and style, a comfortable nest where you will immediately feel at home. You can invite the grandparents and bring the generations together in a timeless retreat. The farmhouse is built on three levels and has been decorated in calm, neutral tones, blending beautifully with ancient beams and age-old fireplaces. You will discover terracotta and cool stone floors sprinkled with antiques and vintage furnishings. The ground floor is home to a charming small living room with an open fireplace, the main living room, a delightful kitchen diner, a cloakroom and a laundry room with a shower. The main living room also enjoys an open fireplace as well as characterful beams, squishy sofas and armchairs and two sets of French doors opening to the gardens. The country-style kitchen diner is very spacious, enjoying an excellent range of appliances and a farmhouse-style dining table and chairs. It is a happy, sociable place where your chefs will feel very at home preparing a feast.

The first floor boasts two double-bedroom suites, both with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms offers a shower, and the other enjoys a bath and shower. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor with sloping ceilings. One boasts a comfy double bed, and the other can be set up with twin beds or a large double bed with a shared shower room for them both.

Though Maison Cerisaie enjoys delightful interiors, the real magic happens outside. The extensive mature gardens are beautifully cared for and are sprinkled liberally with towering cypress trees, olives, shrubs and numerous fountains to add a soothing air of tranquillity. A large swimming pool is surrounded by luxury loungers, parasols and greenery. It is a wonderful spot to relax with your holiday books and some chilled glasses of rose, feeling totally away from all the stresses and strains of everyday life. There are several shaded areas to sit and relax in and a fabulous barn with a lounge and dining area and a barbecue. With its beamed vaulted ceiling, exposed stonework and outdoor kitchen area, it is an extremely sociable spot where you will probably spend most of your evenings. To the front of the house, you will find a cherry orchard as well as plenty of parking space.
