The master bedroom is on the ground level whilst there is a twin and further double upstairs in the characterful and cosy eaves of this duplex apartment.

Wander outside where you will immediately find upmarket shops, then follow the steps down towards the La Grande Plage in a couple of minutes, home of some impressive Art Deco architecture dating back to the mid-19th century when aristocracy built their summer residences along here, including the well-known Hotel du Palais, just a five-minute stroll away.

Biarritz has a modern, laid-back atmosphere yet there's also an air of glamour across the town, making it the perfect place to relax, enjoy the trendy shops and restaurants, admire the stunning ocean views and soak up the surfing vibe. Indeed, this part of the Basque coastline has become a mecca for surfers from all over the world and you'll find surfing schools across Biarritz and beyond.
