The Old Coach House in Congham, Norfolk sleeps 6 people. Nestled within the parkland surrounding the Old Hall at Congham, The Old Coach House offers guests a truly idyllic location with plenty of private walks leading towards
Sandringham, and the coastline beyond. Beautifully curated with quintessential country styling and delightful furniture, this hideaway is also dog friendly.
Upon arrival you will enter via french doors into a modern, well-equipped kitchen, where you will find an Redfyre oven, a separate electric oven and hob, coffee machine, dishwasher and a full compliment of table and glassware. In the centre of the kitchen you also have a dining table for six people. With views over the courtyard, the adjacent dining room provides a second dining table that will comfortably seat eight people, providing a perfect spot to enjoy meals with family and friends. The spacious sitting room follows, furnished with two comfortable sofas, coffee table and a Smart television.
On the first floor, The Old Coach House offers three quiet, traditional bedrooms that are well-served by two bath/ shower rooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-sized beds, with the third bedroom offering adult twin beds. The nearby master bathroom contains a large bath and electric shower overhead. For further convenience, an en suite shower room is connected to the twin bedroom.
From this idyllic setting, plenty of good walking can be found, with direct links to both the Icknield Way and the Peddars Way nearby. A serene lake can be found within the grounds, often frequented by grey herons and flocks of migrating geese, providing enthusiasts with plentiful opportunities to enjoy the passing wildlife. Additionally, you will find a picnic table and a charcoal barbecue in the quiet rear garden that is bordered by woodland and the pasture beyond. The rear garden of the property contains off-road parking, but please be aware that this area is not enclosed.
