Harbour Cottage in Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk sleeps 6 people. Location, location, location! This super little period cottage sits right in the heart of one of the most popular coastal towns in North Norfolk, and offers holidaymakers conveniently easy access to absolutely everything they could possibly want - shops, cafes, galleries, an arts centre, restaurants and gastro pubs. Just a two minute walk away is one of the most iconic sights of the county, Wells-next-the-Sea’s bustling, picturesque Quay, whose raised sea defence heads out to the sea and the town’s glorious sandy beach. What more could you want - a parking place? It has one of those too!

Dating from the Georgian era, Harbour Cottage is semi-detached, and underwent a double height extension in 2023, and now offers guests all mod cons, beautifully presented comfortable accommodation that has a relaxed, easy-on-the-eye, style from top to bottom. On the ground floor you will find a sociable open-plan well-equipped kitchen with dining area that shares a double-sided wood burning stove with the sitting room next door, accessed from an open doorway to one side of the room. There’s a shower room on this level as well, just off the entrance hall. Up the stairs on the first floor are three bedrooms (a king-size and two twin bedded rooms; one with full-size 3’ single beds, and the other with 2’6\

Hooks for coats, and a seat with space to store boots below. A cupboard housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Open-plan kitchen/dining room
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine,
Dining table with seating for six. Fireplace with double sided wood burner, shared with the sitting room. An archway leads through to

With ample comfortable seating, widescreen Smart television and Boom 2 speaker.
Shower room
With underfloor heating, walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

First Floor:
Master bedroom
With 5’ king-size bed. Walk-in cupboard with hanging space. Hairdryer.
Bedroom two
With 3’ twin beds.
Bedroom three
With 2’6” twin beds.
Bathroom
With underfloor heating, walk-in shower cubicle, bath with hand-held shower attachment, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside:
A courtyard garden is enclosed by low fencing and double metal entrance gates and has a bistro table with two chairs and bench seating.
There is parking on the courtyard driveway for one car (two small cars could be parked if the courtyard gates are left open).
