The house forms part of the exclusive The Rocks development – an award-winning collection of 10 luxury homes which settles just behind the dunes and mere metres from the shoreline. On the ground floor you’ll find four beautiful bedrooms each with their own Smart TVs, while upstairs there’s a gorgeous open plan living space with sea views where you can cook, eat, unwind and spend time together. For those who love water sports, Holywell is ideal for swimming, body boarding and surfing, and beach-based Holywell Bay School of Surf offers lessons and equipment hire to visitors of all ages and abilities. If you prefer sunbathing there are many sheltered spots to choose from, while children will love paddling in the rock pools or shallow streams at low tide.
Lying half a kilometre offshore, the iconic Gull Rocks (which featured in BBC One’s Poldark) form a dramatic backdrop for your day on the sand and in the sea, and when the tide is out, you’ll discover natural caves, rivers and waterfalls to explore. Just six miles west of Holywell lie the famous surfing beaches of Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay along with all of Newquay’s other array attractions. The first-floor balcony is accessed from the living room and has fantastic views over the golf course to the right, the dunes and sea beyond. Furnished with two chairs
A charcoal BBQ, beach equipment and sun loungers etc are stored in a shed opposite the front entrance – there is also lock-up storage space for bodyboards, wetsuits and bikes
There's an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes and beach gear
