On the ground floor there’s a large open-plan living room which has sliding doors connecting it to a big, sunny terrace where stunning views over the beach and out to sea are displayed. When the weather’s warm you can laze in the sunshine and BBQ, or pop open a bottle of bubbly and watch the sun set over the ocean. The property’s garden wraps round to the back where you’ll find a sun-soaked raised deck with a bistro table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee before heading down to the beach for a day of sunbathing, swimming or surfing. The home’s three lovely bedrooms include a first double bedroom, plus a large king size bedroom which has wonderful sea views and its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there’s a spacious king, and the family bathroom which has a double walk-in shower.
One of the north coast’s best-loved destinations, Perranporth is a joy for anyone who loves the beach. Backed by sand dunes and with golden sands sprawling for miles, the beach is perfect for bucket and spade days, sunbathing, swimming, walking and surfing.
