"Mill Race Lodges" are a nice, small collection of holiday lodges which can be found in the small hamlet of Llangunllo, which is a couple of miles from Knighton; located on the Shropshire/Powys border. There are 3 lodges at Mill Race Lodges - with all lodges sleeping 6 people.

If you're after a quiet location for a lodge holiday, you can't get much more quiet than a lodge at Mill Race Lodges! Located in a rural part of the world, this is place to come for a break away from it all. We've been to the Knighton area many times in the past, with Black Hall Lodges being only a couple of miles away from Mill Race Lodges - and can assure you it's a lovely place come!

Each lodge sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms - 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a TV, DVD player, cooker, microwave, washing machine and dish washer all provided. You even get your own sauna in your lodge!

Outside you have a decked patio, which is where you'll find your private hot tub. Having a hot tub really makes your holiday extra special. After a day seeing the local sights, you can come back to your lodge and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine!

Assuming you don't want to spend all day sitting in your hot tub (although, of course, you might) there are various places to visit. Both Ludlow and Leominster are a short drive, and nice places to visit for the day. With Knighton being closer - and having a selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. Knighton is also the start to Offa's Dyke; now a walk which gives you some great views. The photo below was taken on a walk along Offa's Dyke.
