The holiday lodges at Laxfield Lodges make a lovely place to stay for a few days peace and quiet. Located in the Suffolk countryside, just a few miles away from Woodbridge, Laxfield Lodges have a few log cabins sleeping 4 people.

Each of the lodges at Laxfield Lodges comes with a TV and DVD player. With Wi-Fi also available for you to use - as any of those with teenage children will know, you have to have Wi-Fi on a holiday! The kitchen includes a microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, and a freezer. And all lodges are double glazed & centrally heated. All your gas and electricity is included in the price of your holiday; your bed linen and towels are also included in the price of your holiday.

A welcome pack is included on arrival at the lodge - with tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter and jam making up the welcome pack. After a long drive, you're can be safe in the knowledge that you'll be able to sit down with a cup of tea as soon as you arrive!

Outside, each log cabin has a decked area with furniture - so you can sit outside with that cup of tea and enjoy the views across the Suffolk countryside.

I'm sure you'll love staying at Laxfield Lodges, but you'll probably want to go out for the day, and see what's happening around Suffolk. Well, you've got plenty of places to visit during your holiday. The east coast is a short drive from Laxfield Lodges - with Aldeburgh being a pebble beached seaside town; and you can purchase fish directly from the fisherman on the beach. Slightly further up the coast is Southwold; Southwold is a well-known seaside town - and home to Adnams brewery. For some sandy seaside action and entertainment, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth are the places to head for.

The Norfolk Broads can be reached within a few miles drive of Laxfield Lodges - with daily hire boats being available from Oulton Broad and Beccles. Beccles also has a large open air swimming pool, which makes a good place to spend an summers' afternoon.

For those with children, a day at BeWILDerwood or Pleasurewood Hills is well worth while.
