Just a few hundred metres from the holiday accommodation is also the renowned restaurant The Smuggler's Table.

The Quay walkway and the Net Walk Launch Point offer scenic views over the water.

The village also offers a selection of shops to stock up on the essentials.

Just paces away from Selah is the Delamont Country Park.

Boasting the Millennium Stone, fabulous walking and cycling trails and spectacular views across Strangford Lough.

Nearby Fodder Farm Shop and Tipi Cafe with its lake walking trail is also not to be missed.

Within a short driving distance of Selah is Saul Church known as the 'Cradle of Christianity' in Ireland and the location of the first church built by St Patrick.

St Patrick's grave and the St Patrick Visitor Centre are in the nearby town of Downpatrick.

Travelling further south, visitors arrive at the seaside town of Newcastle where The Mountains of Mourne sweep down to the sea.

The town also boasts many fabulous shops and eateries.

Further afield are three National Trust properties - Castle Ward, Rowallane Gardens and Mountstewart Estate.

Castle Ward features Audley's Castle and for Games of Thrones enthusiasts, the Winterfell Castle and Demesne.
