These seven stylish cottages have been inspired by the beautiful wooden-clad beach-front homes of New England, with interiors designed with comfort and relaxation in mind and complemented with all the modern amenities. Consisting of one, two, three and four bedroom cottages all perfect for couples or a small family to enjoy the delights this area has to offer.
Nestled within 15 acres of landscaped grounds and scenic trails, West Bay Cottages operates a ’car free’ zone policy with a gated entrance, creating a child safe friendly atmosphere, with space for everyone to relax and play games with friends and family.
Located just short drive away from the bustling historic town of Yarmouth with its tranquil fishing harbour, independent gift shops and highly acclaimed restaurants with freshly caught fish always on the menu. The unspoiled, designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, landscape of the West Wight is right on the doorstep, with sandy beaches; ancient woodlands; marshlands rich in wildlife; and mile after mile of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths that are just waiting to be explored.
The properties (refs UKC4664, UKC4660 [Cottage 1], UKC4661 [Cottage 2], UKC4662 [Cottage 3], UKC4663 [Cottage 4], UKC4665 [Cottage 6], UKC4666 [Cottage 7]) can be booked together to sleep up to 35 people.

Bedroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Patio with garden furniture. 15-acre grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Residents’ car park (not allocated). No smoking. Please note: The accommodation is not accessible by car. Parking is available in car parks located around the park and luggage trolleys are available.
