The owners run an Artisan bakery, and bread making classes can be arranged via the owner.
There are plenty of walks to be had from the cart house including the Epynt Way. Situated 8 miles from the historic town of Brecon, there is plenty to do in Brecon itself, with the Regimental Museum of the Royal Welsh regiment, as well as the theatre and cathedral. If you fancy taking things at a slower pace, why not take a barge trip along the canal?
The town is also the home to the Brecon Jazz Festival in the summer. Builth Wells is 11 Miles from the property and hosts the Royal Welsh Showground with its array of shows and events throughout the year. Surrounded by lush green countryside and open views The Cart House is a fabulous base for those wanting to walk or cycle and explore the stunning countryside. The shop, pub and restaurant are 8 miles from The Cart House near Brecon.
