The wildlife is in abundance including a herd of deer with three stags hence Stag Lodge.
Stag Lodge provides a luxury cosy interior with beautiful soft furnishings. Immaculately presented throughout with oak floors and doors in keeping with the traditional buildings. The living room is the perfect place to relax with comfy furnishings. A few games are available in the living room. The king-size bed is stunning with stag bedding, and the twin room is just as beautiful. The country kitchen with butler sink is fully equipped for everything you need. Seating in the kitchen is perfect for looking out to the garden. The bathroom is gorgeous with a large luxury shower. The garden has a patio area with table and chairs. A generous welcome basket on arrival with some essential items to help start your break.
The property is set within 7 acres which the owners keep horses on, if you would kindly keep the gate shut at all times, please. Stag Lodge is well placed in the village of Egerton for exploring the local area on the footpaths through the stunning countryside or Ancient Bluebell woodlands. There are cosy local pubs serving delicious food and fantastic restaurants within the area.
Egerton is located well for accessing the local attractions. Ashford has two cinemas, Bowling and the Designer Outlet for shopping. Tenterden is worth visiting for its antique and interior design shops, also some very nice restaurants. Leeds Castel, Sissinghurst Castle & gardens, Howletts Zoo, Port Lympne Zoo and Wingham. For beaches there’s Camber Sands in Hythe. There are excellent transport links to London and lots of public footpaths or country roads that are great for walking or cycling. Bus stop 0.5 mile, Train 3 miles.
