It’s surrounded by a large lawned garden with a trickling stream that borders open fields, offering peaceful views and the opportunity to enjoy nature at its finest. Watch out for visits from red squirrels and a variety of birds while taking in the picturesque countryside, along with glimpses of nearby Arten Ghyll viaduct, where you can watch steam trains pass by.

The Lake District National Park is also just 15 miles away, providing even more opportunities for stunning landscapes and outdoor adventures. Finally, there’s a local food-serving pub just half a mile away, the village of Dent just 15 minutes away by car and the small market town of Sedbergh (known as an official book town), full of character with cobbled streets and ample amenities, can be reached in around 30 minutes.
