Designed for convenience and accessibility, the single-level open plan design offers comfort and convenience. Alternative sleeping arrangement is available from the sofa bed.
The rural setting provides a peaceful escape, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside with excellent circular walks to be enjoyed from doorstep. One of the standout features is the breathtaking sandy beach, this secluded stretch of coastline is backed by picturesque dunes. The sandy beach and dunes are home to one of the largest colonies of grey seals in the UK, where seal pups are born along this beautiful stretch of coastline. For those with canine companions, this property is a haven.
The rural location and access to the beach makes a perfect playground for dogs. With plenty of open spaces and walks directly accessible from the doorstep, your four-legged friends will revel in the freedom and joy of exploring the natural surroundings. Kitchen/dining room: With electric 2-ring hob, mini grill/oven and fridge/freezer.
Bedroom: With king-size bed, double sofa bed (for flexible sleeping arrangements) and Smart TV.
Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Logs for wood burner available locally. Welcome pack. External adjacent cartshed with wood burner, Smart TV, seating area, darts board and barbecue area (shared with owners). Enclosed front garden with sitting-out area. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: During the last week of July and month of August, a pop up camping site is open on neighbouring farmland, but separated from the property. The private access pathway to the beach is accessed via the camp site. Live entertainment is occasionally hosted and the immediate sandy beach will be busier during this period.
