One of a row, it is only a short walk to the village’s pubs, restaurants (some award winning) and shops. Well-placed for windsurfing, dinghy launching, sailing and boat trips to see the seals. The coast is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with wide sandy beaches at Holkham (8 miles) and Wells (5 miles). Sheringham provides a swimming pool, golf and steam trains, with super shops in the pretty Georgian town of Holt. There is a shop 200 yards from Poppies in Blakeney.
