The dining room has a parquet floor and views to Gerrans, utility room with washing machine and separate toilet. The large and spacious kitchen/dining room is also off the hall and has a tiled floor AGA with double electric oven and patio doors to the garden with garden furniture and views of the River Percuil and boat moorings. Stairs to the first floor give access to a large landing with settee, the master king-size bedroom has en-suite bathroom and river views, there is also a twin bedroom and separate toilet. The large living room is also on this floor and has fine elevated views of the river and boat moorings along with Sky HD TV, music centre and a large range of leather furniture. Pencuil is a warm and comfortable family home at all times of the year.
