Kitchen: With electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and Freeview TV.
Sitting room: With Freeview TV and DVD/CD player.
Utility room: With washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom 1: With king-size bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
