Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. A pub and restaurant is ½ mile from Lake View Lodges near Boston. The nearest shop is ¾ mile from Lake View Lodges.
This cabin has its own private verandah, a perfect place to enjoy an alfresco meal in summer overlooking the lake.. All on the ground floor.

Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views.
