The bifold doors seamlessly connect the indoor space to the outdoor, allowing for an effortless transition to the garden and inviting the beauty of nature inside. The garden features carefully positioned seating and dining areas on each of its levels, providing intimate spaces for you to unwind.
There are beautiful beaches close by- Summer Beach and Porthcurnick are within 3 miles with Portscatho beach a little further. Spend the day at St Mawes and catch a boat trip from the harbour or wander over to St Mawes Castle. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, visit the sub-tropical gardens at Lamorran Gardens where you can admire the exotic tree specimens, or wander around the majestic St Just in Roseland Church. The King Harry Ferry is a vehicular chain ferry that crosses the Carrick Roads and connects the Roseland with Feock, Truro and Falmouth. A fun trip for everyone, it avoids the congested roads providing a slow relaxing crossing.
The city of Cornwall Truro is 6 miles away, dominated by the large gothic style Cathedral, the city is a hive of entertainment and culture with cobbled streets offering individual shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.

Shower room: With walk-in shower and toilet.
First Floor:
Living room: With wood burner, Smart TV and bi-fold doors leading to garden.
Bedroom 1: With king-size bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With double bed.
Bedroom 4: With bunk beds.
Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Air source heat pump central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Large, lawned rear garden with courtyard, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps, levels and a high wall in the garden. Guests do not have access to the greenhouse and shed. Sorry, no children under 10 years of age.
