This former old barn steading has been converted to a high standard throughout and offers very comfortable accommodation for relaxing and unwinding. The cosy living room has an open fire for those cooler evenings, and there is a very well-appointed, kitchen/dining room with a good level of appliances, as well as a cloakroom and a single bedroom on the ground floor too. On the first floor there is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a twin bedroom served by a family bathroom. Outside, guests can enjoy the huge enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area, and there is also parking for two cars.
This beautiful location is perfect for exploring whisky trails, and even the North East 250, a unique road trip which takes you through many picturesque sites including castles, rugged coastlines, seaside villages, mountains and distilleries. The beaches on the north Aberdeenshire coast are among some of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland. The nearby town of Dufftown has a nice selection of small local shops, and places to eat and drink. For those wanting to venture further afield, Aberdeen is approximately an hours drive away, or you can wander through the antique shops in Cullen and finish off the day with a nice walk on the beach. You will find the nearest shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile from Moray Cottages in Dufftown.
