Gather around the spacious dining table for meals and socializing. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and slow cooker, with direct access to an enclosed courtyard, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee. Cottage stairs lead to the first floor, where you’ll find a house bathroom with a bath and shower overhead. The twin bedroom offers a Smart TV for entertainment, while the master bedroom features a super king-size zip and link bed, also with a Smart TV.

A selection of pubs is just a two-minute walk away, and Hornsea Mere, a haven for wildlife and boating opportunities, is within a ten-minute stroll.
