You are a short 20 minute drive into Liverpool centre and around the same journey into North Wales and Chester.
This is a very unique property which has been renovated in 2022 to deliver a fantastic standard of holiday home, enjoy the pond where you can do some fishing and even bring your horses with you should you wish, the land has plenty of hay! Within the property there is an open plan living and kitchen space, the kitchen is to a high standard with everything you should require and a large breakfast bar. The sitting room space has comfortable L-shaped seating looking out over the ground and pond with bifold doors, plus a large wall mounted Smart TV.
