The interior is presented in a country cottage fashion, with flagstone flooring and exposed beams painted a chalky blue. An upholstered, two-seater sofa and matching armchair crowd around the wood burning stove, where you can curl up after a long walk and warm your toes. Rustle up something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen to the rear of the cottage, crack open a bottle of fine wine and enjoy a steaming hot meal at the dining table. Climb the open-tread staircase up to the homely double bedroom, hosting a lovely finish, with ample storage space. Use this as a base to tour all the fine attractions of Cornwall. Penzance is just a mile away, with winding streets, shops and restaurants. Discover the South West Coast Path and pay a visit to the enchanting town of Marazion, for water sports and stunning views. At high tide, colourful boats putter between the bay and St. Michael's Mount or you can follow in pilgrims' footsteps across the causeway when the water is low.
