It is only divided from the beach by a narrow road and a greensward, ideal for walking along by the sea. Enter into a roomy hallway, and on your left you will find a traditional dining room which seats eight, with large patio doors which not only offer great sea views but also take you out to a wonderful seating area, just a few steps from the beach. Further along the hall there is a newly renovated ground floor cloakroom. The large kitchen is bright, airy and well-equipped, and includes a table which seats six, ideal for informal meals with your family and friends. Up the stairs, you will find an expansive first floor living room, furnished with comfortable leather sofa, armchair and recliner and with room-width patio doors leading out onto a balcony. The breathtaking sea views make this a memorable room, fantastic to drift in and out to the balcony from on sunny days and evenings, and also a cosy place from which to take in the ever-changing sea and sky landscape in winter.
