A lovely large, older style villa located in a cul-de-sac in the residential area of Santo Tomas. Built into the hillside and accessed by steps leading up to the entrance and pool area, it offers panoramic views of the coast. The spacious and comfortable Spanish-style accommodation is on two levels. Open and covered terraces and barbecue. The upper part of the house is not available for client use.
Accommodation for Ses Sivines : >Steps up to entrance: Lounge/dining room with doors to terrace, kitchen, cloakroom. Steps up to a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with en suite bathroom. Further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and door to roof terrace. Note:The pool and roof terraces have low sided walls and together with a number of steps/levels this house is considered unsuitable for young children or those who have difficulty walking. Note: Bathrooms and kitchen are older style. New for Summer 2007 are ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms.
