Newly built in the Old Portuguese Grand Style, the architect has taken advantage of natural products with an extensive use of wood and stone. Situated in a small cul-de-sac on the edge of a residential area, this magnificent villa offers privacy without being too isolated.

All the accommodation is on the ground floor (top floor master suite is always closed as this is used by the owner during the winter). Three bedrooms all have twin beds each with their own en suite shower room. The fourth bedroom also has twin beds with a small sitting area and en suite bathroom with a hydro massage bath. All the beds can be joined to make large doubles, and all rooms have doors leading onto the garden terraces. The large very comfortable living area leads into a dining alcove and a separate raised TV corner.
