Built using local stone, the owners aim has been to create a comfortable villa which perfectly blends with its surroundings whilst also making the maximum of the exceptional views and excellent privacy. There is a large roof terrace for sun worshippers (care needs to be taken with children here as the walls are low). The glorious half moon shaped pool gives the feeling of swimming suspended between the equally blue sky and sea below. Following extensive refurbishment in 2004 the villa now also offers a second living room on the pool level, an excellent balcony on the upper level for dining or simply for gazing at the view ? we doubt that you will be able to drag yourself away from this stunning setting! A built in barbecue completes the perfection.
Accommodation for House on the Rocks : >First floor: Living room with fireplace leading out to shaded dining balcony. Fitted kitchen/dining room. Double bedroom, twin bedroom (both leading out to sea facing balcony), shower room. Bathroom. Stairs from living room lead down to second sitting room with night telescope and through to further twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Both rooms lead directly out to the pool terrace.
Location of House on the Rocks : Kaminaki beach via a rough path 400m or 1 km by car where there are 2 tavernas. Supermarket 800m, local cafe/bar 200m.
