This newly built, deceptively spacious home is in a small development situated between Boyle River and Boyle Canal, 1 mile from Boyle town. It is tastefully furnished and has a rear enclosed garden overlooking the canal. Boyle has loads to offer the whole family from golfing, and fishing to great restaurants in the area offering varied cuisine and fine pubs with traditional music. Lough Arrow and Lough Key are noted fishing areas. Boyle Abbey, Lough Key Forest Park, the King House and the Arigna Mining Experience are worth a visit.

Boyle nestles at the foot of the Curlew Mountains on the main pass connecting the plains of Connaught with the North. It is a centre of great beauty and of immense historical and archaeological interest for the visitor. It is situated between the great lakes, Lough Gara and Lough Key, and is a renowned centre for fishermen, whether they are interested in trout or coarse fishing. There is a very scenic 9 hole golf course about 2 km from the town. The O'Carolan Heritage Park is well worth a visit.
