The villa is at 100 m distance of the sea, only 5 minutes' walk via the stairs. The centre of Kas where you can do your shopping is 6 km away. You have the same beautiful sea views from all the rooms in the house. The setting sun and the moonlight on the sea are an enchanting spectacle! Air conditioning is installed everywhere for the hot summers.
The area is perfect for a discovery of the real Turkey. Kas and nearby Kalkan are famous for their great diving locations, and the inland offers many opportunities for visiting small villages and brilliant walks. Large beach resorts like Fethiye, Kemer and Antalya can be found 100 to 200km away from the villa.
