The house is located in an area with holiday houses above the town Martin in the woody surrounding of the mountain chain Kleine Fatra.
Ideal for an active and recreational holiday (hikes, cycling trips, places of interest). Outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, fitness and indoor swimming pool at the place (5 km). Horse riding in Valca (10 km). Fishing in the river Vah (10 km). Restaurant and shops 0,4 - 3 km) at the place.
Excursionpossibilities: mountain hikes at Martinske hole, Velky Krivan (1709 m high) û the highest top of the chain of mountains, to the waterfall Sutovsky, in the valley Vratna; open air museum in Jahodniky, stronghold Strecno and Sklabina, the place Terchova û birth place of the legendary rover Janosik.

- Martinske hole (1200-1480 m high) (3 km): 1 cable railway, 6 lifts, length of the piste: 9,2 km, level: middle, ski hire, ski school and ski service.
The house is a holiday house withi 4 rooms(approx. 100 m2) for 6 persons in an area with holiday houses along a mountain brook. Entrance into the living room(30 m2), with a sitting corner, an optic historic kitchenette, TV+SAT, video, telephone (at a cost) and radio. In the kitchenette: elektric cooking set, refrigerator, kettle. Shower-bath with WC û warmwaterreservoir 80 l. On the 1st floor are 2 bedrooms.
Besides, there is a recreation area at your disposal (36 m2, own entrance, where there is a sitting area, a bar, TV+SAT, telephone and a radio.
On the not enclosed terrain(150 m2) you will find 2 sitting areas and 2 BBQ.
