Skibby is a small commercial town between the inlets 'Roskilde Fjord' and 'Isefjord'.
The holiday home is close to the small town of Skibby (13 km) on the peninsular Hornsherred,in the lower part,commonly known as Bramsnęs. Agriculture, small villages and a couple of small fishing villages characterize this area. Shops within a 4km radius.The nearest larger towns are Holbęk (22 km) and Roskilde (32 km),where you will find great restaurant and more extensive shopping possibilities.
Beach
The nearest bathing beach is situated only a few metres from the holiday area. The beach 'Ejby Strand' is a stony beach with bathing jetty, 10 km from Skibby. The beach of Herslev (23 km) has course sand and is very suitable for children because of its shallow water.
