Your holiday house Kandiller (80 m2) is in the old city of Antalya, Kaleici, less than 1 km from a pebble beach. The other two beaches of Antalya, Konyalalti and Lara, are about a half hour away by car. Antalya’s old city absolutely radiates an Oriental atmosphere with its old houses and narrow streets with cosy restaurants and cafés. The houses in the old city centre are all also now considered protected historic landmarks, and thus this atmosphere is preserved.
You will be able to make all kinds of excursions in the area: in Antalya you can go to the Hadrianstor and the Yivli Minaret, make boat trips from the Antalya marina, take day-trips to the old cities of Perge (20 km), Aspendos (30 km) and Düden, visit the Kursunlu waterfalls or go rafting in the Köprülü canyon. Nature lovers will be able to raise their spirits in the various national parks (40 km). You will find a number of different small shops in the area of your vacation house and a large supermarket is around a half hour away by car. To get to the supermarket you can use the most common form of transportation in Turkey: the dolmus, which is a kind of van.
