An apartment of 65m2, smartly furnished in a splendid chalet with 2 apartments, which can be rented separately or together. There is a beautiful view from the balcony over the old centre of Saint Martin in the Belleville dale and over the surrounding mountain massief.
The fitness area, sauna and shower are specially for the renters of the chalet available in adjacent chalet. The chalet is located within 250m from the slopes. There you can have an unforgettable stay in one of the biggest ski areas of the world. 'Les Trois Vallées' (600 km ski slopes and more than 200 lifts, 1450 m - 3200 m high). Apart from skiing, there are many other activities: mountain climbing, hiking (entrance to the lift of Saint Martin), snow walks, a trip with dog sleighs, langlauf, etc. Then in summer there is much to do: parapente/ULM , hiking trips, fishing, mountain biking, canoeing...
