This nice holiday house is situated in the little village of Kavran, on the Istrian peninsula. The house seems, at first sight, not that big. However, the house can easily accommodate 4 to 6 persons. The house has a nice garden with swimmingpool. During hot days this wil certeinly invite you for a swim!
In the surroundings of the house, you can find different parks with children's playgrounds and a bowling area. If you like to play tennis, you can do so at the tennis court which is near the house.
The village of Kavran is situated at the coast, in the popular holiday zone 'Plava Istra'. There are different well-known cities alongside the coast, such as: Pula, Rovinj and Porec, which are worth to visit once. The coast consists of pebbled beaches and beautiful coves.
